All of our buildings will require a solid level base to stand on. We offer this service so you don’t have to worry. We are happy to help you, from the initial planning stages all of the way through to the delivery and installation. Available options are a concrete base, sleeper or bearer base. A concrete base is the best option for larger buildings, they provide durability and strength to the building. Our concrete bases are laid by our team prior to delivery with 100mm deep concrete. The site must be clear and reasonably level for us to do so. The base needs to be the exact size of the building ordered, if the base is larger than the building this could lead to surface water and rotting of the floor. Timber sleepers and bearers are a cost-effective option for raising the building of the surface and for providing a level base. Please do ask for prices when placing your order with us.
